A new ride, extension and loft conversion are just a few of the many requests submitted to Bucks Council last week.
Here is a selection of some of the latest plans that council planning officers will now decide on.
Construction of a stable building to include two stables, a feed store, a washing area and a saddlery and the construction of a 20 mx 40 m all-weather arena – 21/08570 / FUL
Mr. Simon Muir has submitted the plans for Darvills Cottage, Turnip End, Speen to the Bucks Council.
“The proposed site for the stables is an existing concrete slab which is currently used for additional parking,” the documents say.
The applicant is now awaiting a decision.
Owner’s request for the erection of a side extension of one storey – 21/08497 / FUL
Mr. and Mrs. Titus have submitted plans for 25 Trinity Road, Marlow.
The agent is Christopher Hunt.
The applicants are now awaiting a response from counsel.
Listed construction request for the installation of a platform lift / pit and modifications to allow access to screen 1 – 21/08481 / LBC
Hunter UK Retail Limited Partnership has submitted to council an application for the former Steamer Trading Cookshop and Assembly Room, Market Square, Marlow.
This is an amendment to a registered plan.
The requester is now awaiting a response from the local authority.
Listed construction application for the repair and extension of a domestic outbuilding to provide a home working space. Demolition of the existing stable and relocation to the north of the site – 21/08461 / LBC
Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson Davie submitted to council an application for The Old Rectory, Church Lane, Radnage.
The agent is Hoare, Ridge & Morris.
The applicants are now awaiting a response from the local authority.
Landlord request for erection of 1 story rear extension and insertion of 2 x rear skylights and internal modifications as part of attic conversion – 21/08465 / FUL
Mr. Pooley submitted a planning request to the Bucks Council for Kincora, Hedsor Road, Bourne End.
The masonry will correspond to the existing one.
